elephant sanctuary

Today we went to an elephant sanctuary, and if you read this blog post, you can learn all about it.

we woke up early, and then climbed aboard a car that took us to the elephant sanctuary. When we got to the elephant sanctuary, a different truck took us to a big shelter in the forest, where we had some snacks and saw a blind elephant.  We got to feed her, and then we went for a walk to see the other elephant. A couple of the elephants had injuries from their past, because they had been abused  by their trainers. The elephant sanctuary rescues them and takes care of them. It was a really interesting, really fun way to spend the day.
