Day 13: Hotel Day

Do one thing a day that scares you.

We are all pretty tired out from the adventures of the past 2 days, so we are hanging around the hotel today. It has several pools, so Cole, Clara and I have been enjoying those while Derek and Blake have been playing in the ocean in spite of the red flags being up. Tokarski-style.

Blake learned that you really should read the label before jumping in…. yes those are hot chili squid potato chips…. the verdict was… decidedly not delicious.

Tonight we went to Patong for dinner and to a virtual reality gaming shop.

The taxi ride home was the one thing today that scared us…. or at least me. Speeding down the highway in the Thai version of a tuktuk taxi started off fun but quickly became insane.
